Rehan Alam, our founder, holds a Master's degree in Accounting from SUNY Old Westbury and a management degree from the Institute of Culinary Education. With over 15 years of experience operating restaurants and in NYC, Rehan's expertise in numbers, restaurant management education, and hands-on experience with diverse venues make him qualified navigate the complexities of the industry.
